In 1996 to better serve the southern part of Hunterdon County, our Flemington office was opened. That same year we added inpatient care to our list of services. Our physicians are on staff at Hunterdon Medical Center. The Doctor Is In also moved westward to Warren County and opened our third office in Phillipsburg in 2001. In the over twenty two years since The Doctor Is In first opened its doors the area has changed considerably. What has not changed is the quality of care provided to the patients by the exceptionally qualified staff at The Doctor Is In and the availability of care every day of the year! Factoids: In the mid-1980’s, the Town of Clinton
had only two traffic lights, the population of the entire county
was less than 100,000 people and Route 31 was a two-lane country
road. The Daz-O-Dell was the local burger joint, standing roughly
where McDonald’s exists today. The last portion of Interstate
78, which allowed cross-state traffic between the New Jersey Turnpike
and the Pennsylvania border, had only recently been completed.
