Welcome to The Doctor Is In. Please bring the following with you at each visit:
- Insurance Card
- Photo Identification
- Co-pay
The Doctor Is In accepts Mastercard and Visa, cash and local checks with proper identification. Payment for non-covered
services and patient-responsible charges is expected at the time of service.
The Doctor Is In participates with most major medical insurance
companies. The insurance companies with whom we
participate are listed below. Our participation changes periodically,
so if you have any questions about coverage, please contact
your insurance carrier directly.

Other important medical insurance facts:
- Participation with your medical insurance company does not
ensure that we participate with your particular plan. Although your insurance company may be listed here it is not a guarantee of your coverage. Contact the member services phone number listed on your insurance card for questions regarding your benefits.
- It is imperative that you know the guidelines and rules of
your particular insurance plan and coverage so that you do not
incur unanticipated charges and fees.
- Your insurance plan may not cover all charges and fees. Those
not covered by some insurance plans may include the following (and
would then be payable at the time of service):
- Co-insurance
- Deductibles
- Uncovered Supplies, Medications and/or Treatments
- Routine Care and Physicals
- Travel Immunizations
- Elective Procedures
- Cosmetic Procedures
4. Co-payments are due at the time of service.
