Making an Appointment
For your convenience, you may request an appointment through our patient portal or you may call your preferred location. Walk-Ins are welcome at all locations.
Canceling an Appointment
If you cannot make your scheduled appointment, please let us know right away so that we can use the time to help other patients who need to be seen. You may cancel by phone or through the patient portal.
For your convenience, you may request a prescription refill through our patient portal or you may call your preferred location. Please allow 48 hours for all prescription refills. Please do not wait until the day you run out of your medication to call for your refill.
Questions About Your Bill
Your insurance company is the best resource for most billing questions. If you have not done so already, please call the number on your insurance card. If your insurance company cannot resolve the issue, please submit your question via our patient portal. Our billing specialist will get back to you within one business day.
